Is Barbara selling, yes.
Is it illegal if she follows the rules, no.
Is it her right to sell, absolutely.
Would I do it in her shoes, probably.
Does it affect the PPS, probably.
Does it affect the monetization of the patents, no.
So... do I care, nope.
Good time to take advantage of lower prices?
I don't know, but I just added.

If all you care about is the PPS, then you're just not going to be happy until the end.
What's REALLY important is the sale of the patents.
Our glass is really MORE than half full at this point.
I choose to see lower PPS as an OPPORTUNITY, not a tragedy.
