My imo is b-l-d-v has been served a wells notice from the SEC, or has had them in hand for a while and the SEC has an ongoing investigation.
A wells notice from the SEC usually tells the company officially that an investigation in now ongoing. The stomach churning moment for the ceo of receiving that letter is by the time you get it, the SEC has already done a good part-% of the investigation already and believe they have a case.
Expect a R/S with or without a public notice.
