I'm guessing that half of the Hatfield's are flippers who have probably begun building their newest position the last few dips below .015$...

Therefore that portion of the paradigm may be shifting back toward the Bull pen.

OTC veterans Know that most all longer running OTC companies eventually flip trends. Time will tell but Leo's track record proves there is at least another run coming.
