Here is the press release just announced recently, plus this Gunning individual has a lot of resources it seems. This should easily see 50 cents to dollar land after the acquisition, market cap should be between 150-200 million until they secure some locations for the charging stations. It also seems some exclusive contracts are in the works with already existing ones.
