There is more than one investigation, case, against d-w-a-cked. The one against nunes, orlando and the fatman pumpkinhead criminal principal. The lawsuit they lost (even though the SEC lets companies claim the 'neither admit or deny the charges') and pay fines like the 18 million for fraudulent corporate misrepresentation and insider pre knowledge of merger info settled 'in principal' where the company hasn't paid but will if they do any corporate merge or major stock move AND the parallel one against some officers or insiders of the company using insider information to scam the public on the market with insider trading. That one is also many millions but penalizing individuals who are not the main playa's.
