You could be right but - I doubt that Leslie would initiate a RS / Up-listing until the
stock was trading in the .05 / .07 range or higher, with revenue coming in,
and at that point in time, most of the early, penny stock investors
would be out, and Institutional investment would take over,
and Annalists would be reporting on the company !!!

Clearly, the company is a long way from that scenario but, . . .
that's how I see it happening in the future !!!
