Yes, whether you call it a lie or an incorrect statement, the quarterly report incorrectly states that all defendants have been served.

I proved that this statement is false using screenshots of the court docket showing that Paul Carlin was never served, through personal service or service by publication. If you can refute this, feel free, but please do not question me about it again without clear evidence that he was already served.

If you are quibbling about whether including an untrue statement in a public disclosure is "lying" or not, I don't think you have much of an argument. Having idiots quote the false statement to me as proof that service is complete is icing on the cake.
