There's no "panic sell off". Right now DTCC and brokers are trying to figure out how to unwind the mess they created. I'm watching and will understand a lot after these shares get placed and price action recovers. After some DD I will make a plan to expose fraud if it's apparent after this transaction settles. Market Makers can't hide from me anymore....I see what they do, who they do it with.....
