Now go to clarkcountycourts.us and look up that case number. What you'll see is this:



Do you notice anything missing? I'll give you a hint, there isn't an affidavit of publication of summons filed for California or New York. As two shareholders that live in California and New York own 280M shares of GVSI, this is proof that "All defendants have been served either personally or by a court authorized publication" is incorrect.


That also explains why the share cancellations are not complete, like they are with SRNW. It may be confusing, I know you're thinking "BUT WHY WOULD HE LIE?!!!"

The truth is we don't know why anyone would lie about something so easy to verify. But that didn't stop him from doing so, and I don't think it'll stop you from repeatedly making this claim despite me clearly showing that it is legally incorrect. The court required service by publication in California and New York, but that hasn't happened.

Maybe if you did your own DD you would improve an accuracy of your predictions, instead of constantly claiming something will happen next week and being proven wrong, again and again.
