LMAO! Do some basic DD here. There are no assets of value left, and nothing to support any kind of new plan. And ALL parties to the Bankruptcy proceeding have already agreed on the final plan, which provides for cancellation of all common shares, due to the fact that the liquid assets remaining are nowhere near enough to satisfy secured creditors and bondholders.
