The project is being developed and currently owned by 3Power Energy Group and Shala Energy sh.p.k. The company's ownership stake in the project stands as 75% and 25% respectively.
The gross head and net head of the project will be 125m and 124.22m respectively. The project is expected to generate 204.571 GWh of electricity.
