Unfortunately this is true , and the drugs FDA like to approve are like Biogen Aduhelm for Alz,

--No p-value ,
--no endpoints met,
And about 30% of patients developing severe side effects ,including stroke..

This was a drug approved by FDA about one year ago...

No , FDA not interested to approve a drug from a small biotech , drug with not one severe side effect , and a great efficacy , when clinical studies are not sabotaged ...
