He didn't say "Dual Citizenship" when arrested in 2014. Instead he told the Dallas Magistrate he was a citizen of Ukraine... not the U.S. If he has dual citizenship he should have said so. IMO he either told the truth or lied thinking it would result in some sort of escape hatch.

He moved here when he was 14. Ukraine was still a part of the Soviet Union back then.
