Cart before the horse. You have to be able to close the deal before you worry about the other issues. You continue to assume Tony has no legal counsel and that Lena is ran by idiots that do not know what they need to do...... I am not concerned because they will do what legally needs to be done.

As for the cert, again I believe you are incorrect. You sign a legal contract to sell me control and take my money, then lose the cert, it makes no difference. Control would be mine and you would never find a court that would disagree.
