The points on your list are moot now because of the FINRA Notice of Deficiency issued to GVSI (and the SEC restriction on corporate actions).

Please show a link from either the SEC or FINRA that this still applies to GVSI now. I cannot stop laughing my ass off at your posts, day after day, so when the name/ticker changes and Sharp completes the merger, BTW both in recent tweets are the plans, but 100% wrong to date Hi_Lo says otherwise who should we believe? So Sharp is clueless and Hi_Lo is correct? Hi_Lo thinks a Form T after hours dump is a good thing at his ticker too. 🤣
