Shorting is legal. You and a few others ignore the facts and blame some form of shorting.

The stock has lost 99% of its value since the start of 2022.The share count which has ballooned by almost 700 times during the same period, a near 70,000% increase.

You ignore the massive dilution.

Everything that Hindenburg Research had in it's article about Mullen was 100% accurate.

Michery has inflicted great damage to shareholders with a combined 1:225 reverse split - you are so far underwater that you will never recover but you still defend Michery/Mullen.

Shorting hasn't caused the demise of Mullen it is the Greed and incompetent of Michery.

He should be prosecuted for Securities Fraud - issuing false and misleading information (pumping) press releases and also his paid pumpers.
