FINRA has to put a “time limit” on everything they do, they can’t leave anything “open ended”.

It’s just a max number that has nothing to do with reality.

Do you know what you call someone who has “lost touch with reality”? Answer: Psychotic.

Some of these people are just “pure entertainment”. Non stop entertainment.
