Damn good reason why vplm teased and outright lied to shareholders and prospective shareholders via their felonious PRs, between 2011 and 2013 (possibly small parts of 2010 and 2014 also) by promising in no uncertain terms, to fold the newly aquired technology into their rented, so called voip services platform, elevating it to king of the hill status, and also to immediately begin collecting up to hundreds of millions of dollars in royalties and the blatant lie about the major interest by both fortune 500 & S & P 500 companies. They obviously did this to garner as quickly as possible, as many as possible new shareholders and share sales...........AND..........once they accomplished that set of feats, they abruptly, without warning or shareholder knowledge or shareholder input........TRASHED THE ENTIRE PLAN ON A DIME AND TRANSFORMED INTO WHAT HAS ALWAYS APPEARED TO BE THE POSTER CHILD OF PATENT TROLLS........but that was just a ruse or maybe just a mistaken identity......BECAUSE........the real deal had most likely been cooked up ahead of time by the Emu and Chang, in my opinion and most likely secretly from the others, to take all that shares sold money and perhaps major loans from RK to launch the REAL scheme......a very sophisticated setup that provided years and years of the personal insider ATM and the selling of FIAT shares for huge profits for the next 10 yrs while hiding behind the STORY of the son called FOUNDATIONAL patents and later child and ancillary patents, which has always been THE EMINENCE FRONT, that so many bought book, line and sinker. And because of the setup, they have NEVER had the slightest BUT PREDICTED problem of raising all the cash they needed to keep the whole thing looking real and above board. The whole idea of the massive dilution was bullshitted as NECESSARY to finance the costs associated with the legal fight against all the many many alleged infringers. And we were told by emu that every voip service provider on the planet is an infringer. The reality is many efforts mostly unseen, to prolong the status quo indefinitely and NOT to go thru the alleged process of infringement trials which is the goal they want you to believe. But via what can be done with money......is why what has happened for 10 yrs is one monkey wrench after another and I expect many more to come. All the dots connect for me anyway, because of the fact such a unprecedented hugely valuable and powerful set of technology, IF REAL AND ALL THEYVE BEEN CRACKED UP TO BE...... WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YRS BE ALLOWED TO SIT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD FOR ANY NUMBER OF BIG DOGS OR MEGA RICH INVESTORS TO BE ALLOWED TO JUST SCOOP IT UP ANY TIME THEY WANTED AND THEN COLLECTED HUGE PROFITS FOR Years TO COME. LIFE DOESNT WORK THAT WAY.
