I guess the alleged infringers.........ALL OF THEM like the Borg, all with the same thoughts and shared mentality...........all decided at the same time that it made much more sense to wait until the last moment, when they are forced to settle, and when the cost of said settlement will be waaaaay higher than had they settled long ago IF THEY KNEW THEY STOLE THE TECH AND ARE INFRINGING..... REPEAT....IF. YEAH..... THAT'S THE TICKET...... WE'LL WAIT UNTIL IT COSTS Our SHAREHOLDERS MUCH MUCH MORE........WHY? EASY, CUZ ITS THE FIDUCIARY WAY TO ROLL, RIGHT?
