OTC audits aren't that expensive and if a PubCo can't afford 2 years of Audited Financials then they shouldn't be a public company.

Companies build a real business and then go public but on the OTC people buy or hijack a shell - start issuing pumping press release and have their minions pumping on Twitter (X).
