Until Lena closes none of this even matters. All that needs "done" only matters if a closing is going to take place. Tony has said it was going to close but no date has been set, so applying for licenses, etc., make zero sense. Also, until we know the details of ownership, we can only speculate on what is needed. What if Lena became majority owner of APRU? Don't see that happening but until we know the details, it's all just guesses.

As for any lost cert, only Tony knows what's going on there but it is beyond obvious Tony has control.

I put my money on the line and I know what I've bought, now we see if my numbers get called? OTC is the riskiest of the risky, same as it was 5 years ago when I was trashed for buying .0002s that ended up going to .062. Got to be in it to win it.
