Hard to rationalize with handles like donotunderstand and manwithnosense.

You know why JPS will not get a dividend? Or commons? Because the government gets the net worth of the companies, not all the dividends. Think logically, not like the government where they obfuscate and change meanings of words to convince lemmings who don't understand them.

The decision stems from the FHFA's 2012 amendment of the contractual agreement establishing “temporary” conservatorship of Fannie and Freddie, which directed the companies to return nearly all of their profits back to the Treasury, in what came to be known as the “net worth sweep.

Note: all of their profits....NOT all of their dividends.

The net worth sweep is exactly as it's called, IT takes everything, leaving NO dividends. Calling the NWS a dividend is like calling a mortgage a pay day loan.
Obama meant for the NWS to bankrupt the companies, end them totally. Why didn't they call it death by government dividend (DGD)? Obama and his accomplices knew it was not a dividend. That dividend terminology was just their way to cover the actual stealing connotation that NWS painted. Markets and news picked up on that, yet you guts can't? Lol
