Hey Pal, the CEO is telling his shareholders that we CAN’T WIN THESE LAWSUITS!!! What is it you don’t understand? What?

I’ve been here over eights myself. The pipe dream of $1.00-4.00 a share is over. Emil as much as I appreciate what he’s done, needs to come to grips with that. Reevaluate the situation and drop this ‘606 Lawsuit in Northern California, if a new judge can’t be had. Move on and pursue the remaining four patents in Waco, if they’re able to prove the claims don’t overlap the RBR, or they’ll be transferred back to Koh. Even if they pursue all new infringers. Then decide what he’d take for the patents overseas. My guess is $.25 or so.
