Duh...you don't even understand the meaning of patent validity. FYI (not that you'll comprehend or retain) ALL patents ARE VALID. I guess you missed that little tidbit that has been explained about 50x here. Repeat: ALL PATENTS ARE VALID.

He doesn't need to prove no infringement. It doesn't work that way. Vplm has to prove infringement, something they haven't been able to do in 10 yrs of trying, ha!
