When Pillsworth filed the 2022 Annual Report almost immediately the OTCM placed a Shell Risk on CCTL.

That means the OTCM doesn't believe anything Pillsworth says or files.

Pillsworth has to resign.

No action is required by a company to perform the evaluation other than publishing current annual financial information."
