Respectfully, that's exactly what FINRA does. They denied the previous corporate actions, which is what caused the appeal that was just withdrawn recently.

FINRA might have a comment about the missing filings. But most likely not.

If so, GS lawyer fills in the gaps with zeros.

This is a no fail here. FINRA does not deny. They ask for info to satisfy comments.




If FINRA still has an issue, they can definitely deny. And filling in the gaps with zeroes won't be sufficient, or else the previous management would have done that. They had lawyers too, didn't get them anywhere.


But I'm not aligning myself with HiLo on this, I think it is within FINRA discretion and they may be fine with George Sharp despite not being fine with previous management. I haven't sold yet because that is what I expect to happen, but I will admit that this needless delay without service by publication is worrying me. I'm not sure why they're delaying, but there is an underlying reason that hasn't been made public yet.

The truth is never popular.
