Sec warning will be gone soon, that warning was for the past company, probably more then 5 yrs old now and the new company just recently filed to have it removed....there is no scam here cause unlike other garbage stocks out there, GEVI ain't printing and selling shares, 0 SHARES DILUTED IN THE LAST 4 YEARS!
