I've put a ton of time and money into this ugly mess...........I have evidence that the holdco was sold, for its NOLs............really should be an economic benefit that flows back to the common stockholders...........and then the failed bank RECEIVER made a statement to us that common stockholders are acknowledged creditors and could receive (ahem!!) any residual recoveries.......................???............
HOW------------mother----------F/-------ing----------EVER, lar lar love..................the FDIC could legally subtract the 'subrogated liabilities' from all monies accumulated by the cusip holders.............and our 2 informed moles said shareholders will never be paid anything and the cusips are being cancelled...........FACTS............
Believe whatever, lar lar dear..............FDIC has totally slammed stockholders before.............and also paid out, quite nicely (rare but these AHs have piled cash high when inclined to)...................lot of legal under-currents, lar lar............probably will end in a whimper with an odd low-ball..........aimho...........
