So the 504's are done, but they are out there ready to be sold and that is waht is happening, right.
Now why would someone, who believed enough in a company to take payment for cash or services, in Stock, just sell it blindly as soon as they could. They have to know more about the interworkings, the business ideas and what the future will bring for that company, Right?
Help me understand why someone would do this? DO THEY know more then we do? I for one can not buy any more knowing these Millions of shares are out ther to be unloaded by someone who knows more about this company that I do. Maybe those of you who know more than I do can help me understand.
