Authentic Heroes is going public next year. This will bring tremendous value to GFTX since it will be the majority owner of a company that could get to a $100,000,000 or more market cap IMHO. I speak with alot of very smart people. When I describe what Authentic does the reply is always a very "WOW" that is cool and "They have a patent on that?"

Hey its all part of the process. Achieving greatness is a path not taken by many. The path is filled with obstacles, dissent, naysayers and the seemingly impossible goal at times. So I understand your mood "headnorthw"

GFTX has the management, IP and market size to get there. Its a process guys. Remember this was a developmental stage company just 6 months ago that was hit with the challenge of a Covid shutdown and survived. Why because its management and a few others believed enough to have the courage of their conviction and put up $500,000 together without diluting one share.

Now it is around the corner from generating revenue and earnings. Greatness is down the road. Conquest is around the corner.

All the cash they need is there. You know why. The principals have it and have always invested it when they needed it. They just did $500,000 into the Authentic sub a month ago. LOL

You know you are going to own this. These are smart, very smart people. The chart is meaningless in the long term scheme of things.

This is a company that will be worth over $100,000,000 in a handful of years if they dont sell Authentic to a music label first.

They have four. But as in the latest release they are marketed in different sequencing. By the end of 1st quarter all of them are being manufactured and sold.

Brett Favre is going into hyper marketing mode as soon as he receives his jersey next week, and signs the 50 jerseys and makes the video to be distributed to all of his FB and IG followers.

Both 13G people are very friendly to the company. One that is very friendly to my understanding and according to CG he speaks with them on a regular basis.

When the company steps out of "development" mode in 2021 it will bring a whole new crop of buyers that would be able to swallow the float whole many times over.

I would not worry about liquidity when the company is firing on all cylinders.

Plus the fact that the intent is to have both subsidiary companies public will attract alot of buyers when those announcements are made that the registration was approved by the SEC and that the deals have been completed.

2021 will be the year of the OX for GFTX. That is what you have here in this company. A management team and huge market opportunity.

Well would you prefer they not work on operations and work on being current instead? That will bring very little value to the table.

I think we will be good by the end of 1st quarter or early second quarter on the financials and contemporaneously have a substantial outlook on both revenue and earnings at that point IMHO

$25 Million is a nice MC but this will be worth far more than that IMHO.

They are already in discussions with IB firm that is chatting a number of $10,000,000 pre money on an IPO for A Heroes. A Heroes will go public before June 2021 and that is a watershed event for GFTX.

ECOTEK 360 will have samples for the eco-friendly marketplace in both the Hotel and Hospital industries in March. It like Authentic is driven by patent pending proprietary technologies and trade secrets that sets it apart from any competitor out there.

In 2021 GFTX will be fully reporting, devoid of any overhang with convertible noteholders, generating revenue and earnings with serious IP that will give it great competitive edges for years to come.

Putting your money where your mouth is means someone has the courage of their conviction. That's what the both CEO and President/Chairman have done to date to the tune of $1 MM + directly into the company. Thats the only reason why there is a board here and a company to talk about

To put things into a more clear perspective they really only got started in early 2017 after they cleaned up the $4.5 million in debt from the predecessor company known as Premiere Publishing Group.

The next few years was R & D which is now completed with patents issued by the USPTO for A Heroes and one waiting in the wings for ECOTEK. Next step is commercialization of these technologies which is taking place at this time. First quarter will show the evidence of that. They were not going to take the chance of selling product without the protection of a patent.

I have done very well with CG over the years and this was nothing more than a shell when he took it over that now is ready for prime time in 2021 and way beyond. I will admit I just recently over the last year have taken a position. My timing has been good as to entry points. I am long and strong here.

Lastly, everyone is entitled to their opinions and tats what makes markets.

Market will have this stock blowing through .01 after it reports sales for 1st qtr. YUNGBLUD sales via AIRDROP were over $500,000 in just a few hours with standard merchandise. What will it be with Authentic Heroes merchandise.

I'm pretty sure we can match the sales performance on just one AIRDROP of AH merchandise.

Then we will have the bundling of tickets with merchandise and also TIK TOK ads that will run. If that last AIRDROP is any indication of the potential then we will be doing well into the 7 DIGITS in sales with YUNGBLUD.

This is the most undervalued stock on the OTC. If anyone disagrees then please show me that company and I am a buyer of their stock also.

YUNGBLUD is # 1 on Instagram for engaged audiences. This is huge for AH sales prospects. If you go to YB merch store a lot of his items are sold out. YB will be doing a TIK TOK and Instagram campaign mid and late February

Also the Warren Sapp line to launch Super Bowl weekend. 1st QTR shaping up quite a bit

I bet some people here got whipsawed into selling the stock on the intra day dip. Or they are selling it now at .0024. This is what can happen when you have a traders mentality.

Ask yourself what is the company worth today or the market cap? $2.5 MM is the answer. If your an investor you buy it today or last month looking for what can be a fair market valuation.

What is a fair market valuation? Easily more than what it was pre dilution via convertible notes what was $14 MM market cap.

IMHO it will happen when the company is current and running at a profit which would make it worth $20-30 MM with other artists signed up for a backlog of sales to come.

Maryland this is very much for profit. Authentic Heroes subsidiary take percentages of each sale and contributes to an ICON's charity. But everything here is for profit. Their margins in Authentic are spectacular at 70%

Hey guys a lot of movement inside the company as it relates to licenses. They are in negotiations with 12 new licenses. In the event even 3-4 of them fall into place the company is staring to look like it has a portfolio of licenses and could easily have 10 of them before the year is out.

I understand the relationship with Maxx Management is bearing fruit already going into football season.

In addition, deals are being made with Noteholders in advance of fully reporting status.

Sounds like 4th qtr should get real interesting.

Elcapp1 it only gets stronger from here not weaker. They are also working on a very large NFT deal. Well very large for GFTX. But a potential game changer which will give them a very large portfolio of NFT opportunities.

Dont know more than that but instead of doing 1 2 or 3 here and there it will give them the opportunity to do several at once. Wish I knew greater details but it seems like smart money is buying in.

4th quarter cant come fast enough. Thats wehen alot of news will flow. Financials first then the news

The rooster and chicken pattern is complete. There may be a dip before it breaks .003 which not only completes the rise above the beak of the rooster but also confirms an inverse head and shoulders breakout inside the "beak" which is huge especially if its on higher volume that the left shoulder.
