Since we now know that another RS will take place (on 9/13?), I would steer clear until at least after the RS, since it will almost surely slide in price post RS.

Good, concrete news would of course help to sustain the price, but unfortunately there is a stubborn stigma attached to tickers that use the RS as a way to fund operations, and I believe TTOO has done an RS before, so this is clearly not good.
