I agree with you that it's all alleged allegations. I have a cash account and I have the button on to not lend my shares ever, hence restricted shares, and if the broker lends my restricted shares out without my authorization then that is Illegal, PERIOD!!! The broker can't legally do whatever they want with restricted/customer shares, PERIOD!!!!
