Three of those are "portfolio companies" of GDVM. GDVM has launched three of their "portfolio companies" in the past 4 months.--WHKA, PSUD and BLRS.

All of them have received spam complaints. BLRS is the most recent, and two of them, PSUD and WHKA are older and have had their quotes suspended at pinksheets.com.

WHKA is now saying they are going to sue GDVM over this mess.

All of the spams obviously authorized by GDVM are exactly the same JPEG image type spams with half a page of a novel attached to them.

GDVM not only is a group of crooks who print illegal shares, they are illegal spammers as well.
