I don't have a crystal ball. That's why I used the word "if", unlike the lying pumpers that use language to pretend that GVSI corporate actions are a foregone conclusion with no chance at failure. They absolutely can fail. And given the fact that I have seen absolutely no evidence that the FINRA Notice of Deficiency has been taken care of then it seems much more likely that the actions will not go through.
