The strong and unanimous Jury verdict confirmed what the general public think. The NWS is disgusting and illegal. FHFA is no longer a responsible conservator to the GSEs. If I were the FHFA Director, I will move to release the GSE asap. It is a major DISGRACE to USG.

(1) Revoke the NWS
(2) Use the NWS overpayments to settle the SPSPA loan (about $220B)
(3) Refund the remaining NWS overpayments to the GSEs (about 120B)
(4) Sell all the free warrants back to the GSEs at 10-day average market price
(5) Release the GSEs from c-ship
