A few months ago, I was struggling to grab some 1's. Had it sitting at ' Good Until' for about a month. Called my broker and learned that as long as the Ask was at .0002 nothing would happen. I went ahead and re-ordered the same way and within a few days I caught a short window of opportunity and filled my request. It's been at .0002 Ask ever since, I believe, but you could try it that way and hope for a dip.
