My thoughts...Gross negligence on part of government agencies. Government agencies point the finger at HE, their electric company that THEY regulate as a deflection away from taking responsibility for their gross negligence.

HE should not be to blame for a tree falling on a electric line...I have begun a position in HE...judge should throw out the baseless lawsuit.

Go for IT government...hold HE responsible for tree falling on wire... 😆 🤣 😂 😹 good luck wit dat!
