Re: When WWEN gets to the point of commercialization . . .

of their product do they intend to sell the energy produced or will they also be selling the reactors? When they are letting customers see the reactor, are these customers interested in buying the fuels produced, or the means to produce them. I figure there must be some kind of licensing of the technology.

I'd have to say since these clients are providing feedstock's this group is likely there for licensing opportunities.

I wrote McLaren yesterday and he indicated these demonstrations are for companies with huge amounts of investment capital. I believe the primary goal of these demos are for the licensing and royalties of the technology. This could take the form of joint partnerships and profit sharing. McLaren will have to define all the avenues of possible revenue but I think these are the main ones.

I think the time frame of the Demos is now through the time Drexel turns the technology over to W2 Energy. Remember the PR that gave us an update on the Drexel delay, it also told us W2 would receive the technology in three months. (Approximately May'ish) So now that they are scheduling clients to see the GAT this will generate results pretty rapidly.

This opportunity is pretty exciting. With client access to the Drexel plasma lab they have all the diagnostic equipment available to analyze and quantify the results of the demonstration. With whatever feedstock the client provides they can produce an analysis of the Syngas and show its conversion efficiency and seal the deal.

Lastly I'm sure these clients will have unique "end product" requirements. We all know that the GAT reactor produces Syngas and hydrogen. They may just want to burn it and produce Steam for generators, make Ethanol, Biodiesel or some other product. We'll have to see how W2 packages post GAT reactor product technologies into the licensing structure to allow these clients to get the "end products" they want.
