OK...let me ask another question, then...prefaced by a previous experience. I used to have shares of ALKS....there was a very very high percentage of the shares owned by institutions (somewhere close to 85-90%), and the price started going down (causing me to sell), and once it started, it went pretty fast. I came across a site on the inet, which told me how many shares they had, and how many they had 'loaned out', and I was appalled to learn that the largest institutional holder, had loaned out it's shares to an equivalent of 9 times! Say they had a hundred, and they loaned that 100 out 9 times, to 9 different people, as short fodder......I cannot find that info now, today, and god know I have tried...SO!
Could THAT sort of scenario, apply to the reason that TKO is showing up the the naked list? Apparently the SEC doesn't care about any rules and regs re this problem...and as the tutes are selling, instead of buying, could it be that the respectable tutes are the ones who are naked shorting the shares...maybe because they don't like Ron, or TKO, or maybe because they can, and no one will do anyhting to stop them?
