You’re wrong about who has control. In a lawsuit the courts have control, that control is handed down to the winner of that lawsuit. As for restructuring the twins, it’s not going to happen if they want FnF to continue work. Why haven’t they restructured them over the last 15 years? Because every proposal has the housing market crashing. The only restructuring that is needed is getting government out of the way. This will happen starting in 2025 under the new administration.
