IMO This whole merger needs patience. Read the filings everything you want to know is right in them. From my readings there was dilution and probably will be more until the merger is complete and then that is when you may see the 1:6 split. IMO
In my conversation with Andrew a few weeks back he did say GGI could very well be putting shares in the market at that time. If they are and how many he didn't know. He also stated that the share structure will be lower after the merger. Then he went on to explain the merger would be completed at the end of the 2nd quarter which is June. He also stated that they are not promoting this position at this point, but only trying to become compliant with the SEC. Right now we are still trading as FCCN not as Aero. If you like the position then you need patience,if you need a quick buck then you need to look else where. Think about it, they cannot do this R/M unless the BDC is withdrawn and that meeting isn't until March I don't remember the exact date, but they have the majority of the vote from what I have read IMO and it shouldn't be an issue to have it withdrawn.IMO
Until Aero's financials are done and the revs are public we will not be able to figure out a pps.
If you read the 8K from August 2006, it states that Fccn commits to no more then a 1:6 split. It is an interesting read for they have up to this point done everything they said they would. I highly suggest reading it and all the filings thereafter.
Remember you are in Pennyland and it is a gamble. I am skeptical of all Pennyland position, but one thing that does keep me coming back here is this company is filing of which many Pinkys do not and they have done everything they said they would do at this point. Am I still skeptical yes, but I haven't seen a reason to run yet either for the $$$ I used in this position were $$$ I could afford to bring to Vegas. Of course I would love it to be the jackpot winning slot machine, but please do your own DD and use your own judgement when you invest. Any questions you may have call Andrew for that is what he is there for.
