INSIDERS DUMPING=DILUTION!!! BUT, IT'S ACTUALLY WORSE CAUSE IT'S THE WAY THEY SCAM FOR $ FOR PERSONAL GAINS!!!

REGULAR DILUTION GOES TO THE COMPANY TO PAY BILLS/SALARIES, FUND DEALS, ETC...
