No shit, Sherlock. Most lawsuits never go to trial, especially those trials set for jury because the guilty party wants to minimize their loss. SEC lawsuits are no different. About 98% of SEC lawsuits never go all the way to trial.

SEC Lawsuits Making it to Trial

Kind of like stock bashers, they almost never show proof or links to back up their FUD, but instead hope that their intended targets settle with their flawed arguements.
