Well OWZP was a heavily promoted stock with some major promo players behind it to push it. Also was done at at time when the OTC was much more active. It was a promo paradise. It was a scam so the Powers that Be pushed it for as long and hard (that's what she said) as they could without worrying about the end result.

BDPT is not being promoted at all by the company nor is it a scam so it is going to have to rise more on its own merits.
