Has anyone noticed that the UATG disclosures clearly show (for several years) that Estrada got paid for a few things but the lawsuit says he wasn't paid? It's also suspicious that UATG just gave up 9% for $2M and then all of sudden Ossifix sues UATG. So Estrada gets stock and cash from UATG, gets money from another firm that buys 9% and then sues UATG to keep the whole company but does it by lying to a judge? I can't be the only one that is seeing all this? There have been many of us here that have said this guy was bad news for years. I really can't believe Alex let this go on for so long. I hope he's going to teach this guy a lesson.
