Take a look at the chart going back a bit. Take a look at the folk bragging about averages around .002 to .003. It's not a coincidence that they are also the most vociferous pumpers.

It's because they have been selling this whole time and need rubes to not know the truth about the seriousness of the unresolved FINRA Notice of Deficiency.
