Mullen has had a lot of shorting, and some naked shorting as well as it was on the threshold securities list for a time.

But here’s the thing. The primary culprits in all that were Michery’s financiers shorting against the box.

He is trying to deflect from the REALITY…the reason the stock price has dropped so much is the absolutely massive amount of DILUTION…and that is not on anyone but him.

So he pays Wes and ShareIntel some money and files a case he will never actually win…other than perhaps a settlement for cost avoidance…which wouldn’t be much.

He’s doing it for the narrative only.

If he was AT ALL serious he would first contact the SEC and FINRA, if he can actually get some regulatory action taken against TDA et al. Then he would have a slam dunk civil claim.

But he hasn’t done that has he…because whatever “data” he has would get him laughed out of the room.

And that PR, like many others, seems to have had no effect on the share price. That is just how serious the market takes this move…not much at all.

Next week we get to see a letter from Nasdaq.
