Mike, I would hope the storm would not hold up a scheduled closing. Let's get this show on the road and move forward with all the Cyber Fuels potential in the world! My thought would be the contract with the Green Hydrogen Company would be a true 100 pages or more contract ! Probably has nothing to do with the closing of the land unless they become CO-signers which would not be far fetched.
