no. because it is probably some of those unsold shares from.the recently converted 400 milly shares. those noteholders know the deal. and nobody knows what other convertible financing arrangements the company has made since the last filing. but what folks do know is that they only had $40k cash as of june 30th and just $2500in sales for the quarter. they can't operate with those dismal financials. I would suspect another 400 milly shares worth of notes is coming down the pike soon.
