Both "CFO" Slavoljub and his "president" wife Ljubica were named as co-defendants. So I'm not sure why the only he was named as being permanently barred and not her. https://www.sec.gov/files/judg19-cv-00482stefanovicslavoljub.pdf

She signed off on their last disclosure..not him.

The ruling seems to ban him from even thinking about pumping any stock or investment. Hopefully they've learned their lesson.
